What you're looking at

This website presents "Recall," a fictional invite-only study app, as a design concept. No such app currently exists to download or sign up for. Any references on this site to invite codes, tutors, cohorts, or study rooms describe the concept only — they do not describe a real, working service.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse this site. Please don't:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its hosting
  • Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or design as your own work
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

Intellectual property

The layout, copy, and visual design of this site were created for this project. The site uses three open-source JavaScript libraries — GSAP, Lenis and D3 — under their respective licenses, and two open-source typefaces — Fraunces and Inter — under the SIL Open Font License. No photographs or third-party stock images are used anywhere on this site; all visuals are built directly in code.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," as a demonstration, without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It may change, move, or be taken down without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Because the site collects no data, processes no payments, and offers no real functionality beyond illustrating a design concept, the practical risk this presents is minimal — but this section exists to say so formally.

No purchases, no refunds

This site does not sell anything. There is no checkout, no pricing, and no payment processing anywhere on it, so a refund policy does not apply. If a real, paid version of this product were ever built, a refund policy consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) would be added before any payment was taken. The ACL's consumer guarantees — the right to a repair, replacement, or refund when something is faulty or not as described — apply automatically to Australian consumers and can't be excluded by a business's own terms, refund policy included. Consumer Affairs Victoria is the relevant state regulator for a Victoria-based business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
